Membership Agreement

Effective Date: July 17, 2026

This Membership Agreement describes the automatic renewal service available after you choose an Eriva membership plan. Membership is optional and is used to unlock eligible paid benefits shown in the app.

Membership Benefits

Eriva membership may include expanded route archive access, route card export, strategy reuse features, and reduced ad interruptions during supported flows. The exact benefits available to you are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Billing Cycle

You may choose a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly membership plan. After purchase, your App Store account will be charged according to the selected billing cycle and the membership period will renew automatically unless canceled in time through Apple subscription settings.

Automatic Renewal

By selecting an auto-renewing membership, you authorize Apple to charge the payment method associated with your Apple ID for the next billing period. Renewal continues until you cancel the subscription through the App Store subscription management page.

Cancellation

On an Apple device, open the App Store, tap your account profile, choose Subscriptions, select Eriva, and cancel the subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access to membership benefits remains available until the end of the current paid period, unless Apple applies a different rule.

Refunds

Payments and refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Eriva does not control Apple's payment review, refund approval, or subscription management process.

Changes to Membership

We may update membership benefits, plan names, or pricing where allowed by applicable rules. Any material purchase information will be shown before you confirm a transaction.
