User Agreement

This User Agreement explains the rules for using Eriva. By using the app, you agree to use it only for lawful, personal, and responsible purposes.

Eligibility

Eriva is intended for adults aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, do not use the app.

App Purpose

Eriva provides tools for personal outing preparation, field notes, review, recovery planning, route export, and pattern reuse. The app does not provide medical, diagnostic, legal, emergency, transportation, or safety services.

User Content

You are responsible for the information you enter into Eriva. You should not enter illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content. Personal notes and outing content are intended to remain on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

Purchases

Eriva may offer subscriptions and coin purchases. Paid features are shown in the app before purchase. All App Store purchases are handled by Apple and may be subject to Apple's payment, refund, and subscription rules.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Eriva, interfere with app operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

No Professional Advice

Eriva is an organizational tool. It does not replace professional advice, emergency services, treatment, or personal judgment. You remain responsible for decisions made before, during, and after an outing.

Changes

We may update this User Agreement when needed. Continued use of Eriva after an update means you accept the updated terms.
