Eriva is designed for adults aged 18 and above. We keep privacy simple and limit collection to what is needed to operate local app identity, coins, and subscription access.

Information We Collect

We may collect or process a user ID used by the app, your coin balance and coin transaction status, and your subscription status or entitlement information. These items are used to keep your paid access, coin balance, and app state consistent.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your destination text, route notes, sensory notes, field change notes, recovery plan content, profile text, photos, contacts, precise location, health data, microphone data, or browsing history. This information, when entered in Eriva, is stored on your device for app use.

How We Use Information

The limited information we collect is used to identify your app session, display coin balance, support coin purchases, activate subscription benefits, restore eligible purchases, prevent entitlement errors, and provide support when you contact us.

Local Storage

Outing routes, reviews, recovery plans, app settings, and related personal notes are intended for local storage on your device. If you delete the app or reset app data, locally stored information may be removed according to device and app behavior.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Eriva offers subscriptions and coin purchases through the App Store. Purchase processing is handled by Apple. We use entitlement and coin status only to provide the features you selected.

Children

Eriva is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
